Nature of the Website

This is a private reference site. It does not store official Hempstead County jail records, certify custody status, release anyone from custody, post bond, or file court documents.

The site points readers toward inmate, jail, court, state corrections, federal, and immigration-custody resources and may connect visitors with third-party research tools.

Permitted Use

No Consumer Reports
